Certified Partners are responsible for the management of the entire sales process for iVend Retail. This includes lead generation, lead qualification, arranging software demonstrations and assisting prospects through the cycle.
Certified Partners focus and invest efforts only in the marketing & sales of CitiXsys Line of Integrated Solutions. Their focus is only license sales and to increase their revenue by selling and implementing iVend Retail. This level of partnership is the second stage in the overall maturity cycle of the Partner Program and is also the most popular level.
You will work closely with your CitiXsys Channel Manager for qualification, demonstration and closing assistance.

Eligibility
At least three (2) of your consultants will have to undergo the certification detailed below.
Consultant Certifications
CitiXsys conducts two types of online certification courses around the iVend Retail Applications. Certified Partners are required to earn 2 certifications.
- 1 Certified Sales Consultant
- 1 Certified Implementation Consultant
