Multiple Company, Single layer

The above diagram shows a single layer deployment scenario wherein SAP Business One instances and InterCompany solution of CitiXsys needs to be deployed at all locations irrespective of whether it’s a head office or a subsidiary.

Integration happens between the HO and subsidiary SAP Business One instances using the InterCompany Solution. All the financial transactions and consolidation at the subsidiary level will be rolled up to the head office as General Leger(GL) rollups. GL rollups will take all the journal entries of the above mentioned transactions at the subsidiary with proper identification – invoices different from receipts to the general ledger of SAP Business One at the head office.
