Market Development Funds

CitiXsys is a channel-driven organization and we are committed to helping your business grow, quite simply if you are successful so are we. A key component of your growth is strategic and effective marketing. CitiXsys has Market Development Funds (MDF) available to assist you with your eligible marketing programs. These funds are proposal based, not accrued.

A partner is expected to furnish an annual business plan to be eligible for the CitiXsys MDF scheme

  • Invitation printing/mailing
  • Ad and telemarketing to promote event
  • Presentation preparation fees
  • Space rental
  • Must feature CitiXsys products
  • CitiXsys or Product name should appear prominently on invitation and in advertisements
  • 33% of event cost based on prior approval
  • Copies of eligible expense invoices and proof of payment
  • Photograph of products and signage
  • Samples of invitations/ advertisements, etc.
  • Attendee list
Local & Regional Trade Shows
  • Booth space rental
  • CitiXsys signage
  • CitiXsys pre-show promotion
  • Booth utilities and services
  • Must feature CitiXsys products
  • CitiXsys and product name(s) must be clearly displayed on signage
  • 33% of event cost based on prior approval
  • Copies of eligible expense invoices and proof of payment
  • Photograph of products, booth and signage at trade show
Direct Mail
  • Copywriting
  • Layout/design
  • Photography
  • Printing
  • Mail list rental or purchase
  • Telemarketing follow-up
  • CitiXsys name and logo must appear
  • Call-to-action mechanism for reader response
  • Must feature CitiXsys product benefits
  • Copy of postcard, letter, etc. mailed
  • Copies of eligible invoices and proof of payment

Print Advertising

  • Provide a short overview on product suite

  • $1500 for video and print
  • $500 for paper based case study
Special Programs
  • Other proposed co-marketing reimbursement through CitiXsys’s MDF Program will be evaluated on project basis
