Certified Sales and Implementation Partners are required to maintain a high level of commitment with CitiXsys. At this level partners manage the complete sales process cycle and engage directly with the opportunity.
Their responsibilities include the management of the entire sales process for the CitiXsys Line of Integrated Solutions, installation and configuration of the product, training for end users and providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for CitiXsys Line of Integrated Solutions.

How to Enroll
At least two (2) of your consultants will have to undergo the training detailed below.
CitiXsys conducts two types of certification courses around the CitiXsys Line of Integrated Solutions.
- CitiXsys Retail Specialist
- CitiXsys Distribution Specialist
These certifications available to the consultants are applicable for the Retail or Distribution group of CitiXsys Applications and cover over forty (40) hours of virtual classroom sessions spread over a week.

CitiXsys Program urges its partners to have at least one consultant for each of the certifications. Not only will that give an additional services revenue opportunity, it will also help create a common resource pool of certified consultants which can be shared across the community – further increasing the revenue opportunity from services.
