CitiXsys Products are sold and implemented by Reselling and Consulting partners in over 45+ countries. Most of CitiXsys partners are also SAP Partners since all our products have deep integrations with SAP solutions. All our partners are divided in three broad categories.
- Retail Industry Partners – They are retail industry expert and sell/ implement iVend Retail. Many SAP Partners are also included in this category. Partners in this category create a successful business around iVend Retail and SAP.
- SAP Business One partners - They position our add-ons like Inventory Pro, iCharge and iMatrix.
- Enterprise Application Integration - These partners are focused in large accounts and have relationship in LE segment. They use CitiXsys services on subsidiary integrations and R3 to B1 integrations.
Partner program members are able to use the Partner/ Customer Portal for information on CitiXsys products and services and raise queries which are answered within 24 hours. This turnaround time is as per the Standard License Agreement (SLA) between the Partner and CitiXsys.

Platinum Partners manage the complete sales process cycle and engage directly with the opportunity. CitiXsys enables its Platinum partners, membership to which is through invitation only, achieve this competitive edge by offering the Lite Version of its Products and Solutions – specifically designed, developed and positioned for the SAP Business One market space.
