CitiXsys support process is managed centrally from our Global Support Portal at http://support.citixsys.com. If you are a CitiXsys partner or customer, please contact the Program Office at pmo [at] citixsys [dot] com for your login details.
Our local support is managed by onsite support consultants in customer countries from Chicago, Toronto, Sydney, Melbourne and New Delhi. Our Partners are equipped to handle level 1 support.

Download Lite versions
We are confident about the quality and features of our products. Therefore we have created Lite Versions of three of our products.

CitiXsys e-learning portal is used by Partners and Customers alike. Partners can learn to implement solutions faster to give better support to customers. While Customers can take the E-learning courses to engage in ‘do-it-yourself’ implementation. However we highly recommend customers to use a certified CitiXsys implementation partner or certified consultant.
As a customer, you can derive major benefit by ensuring your system users attend to these courses. You can save a lot on training and also can have internal staff fully versed with the software you use.
