Kamal is the founder and promoter of CitiXsys. He has been responsible for the company's evolution to be a specialist provider of software products in Retail and Distribution segment and create a consulting organization that provides vertical and horizontal industry expertise for SAP^® Business One.

As the CEO of CitiXsys, Kamal’s responsibilities include management at strategic level, setting up the partnership model and engagement practice in major countries, managing the relationship with strategic partners, participating in CitiXsys Knowledge Center and PMO activities, Sales and Marketing Initiatives.

CitiXsys has its corporate headquarters in New York City, USA, an R&D center in New Delhi, India and offices in Chicago, Toronto, London, Sydne, Melbourne and Perth. As the CEO of the company, he heads the company from New York and New Delhi.

Under his leadership, CitiXsys grew to become the market leader in retail and distribution software in the small and medium enterprise section. His global team of employees are one of the most experienced and highly educated workforces in the business. He has also guided the organization to receive several prestigious awards from SAP.

Having studied Physics and Computer Applications; Kamal has attended Harvard Business School and is on board of various companies globally including being a member of SAP Advisory Council for Business One in Germany.

As Vice President of Product Delivery in CitiXsys, Chaitanya Pathak is responsible for managing multiple projects in an offshore-onsite integrated delivery model in the Enterprise Solutions, Business Intelligence and .NET Microsoft platform. Chait (as he is called in CitiXsys) supports company’s future growth strategies through various organizational and account management activities.

Prior to joining CitiXsys, Chait worked with UBICS INDIA – an UB Group subsidiary in Service Management domain. He was accountable for managing project teams, and his core responsibilities included overall project lead and business analysis.

Chait has also worked with several organizations of repute like Xansa India Ltd besides others.

He holds an MBA degree in Technology Management from EMPC, Paris, France.

Duncan Wyeth is the Vice President of Global Operations. He is directly responsible for CitiXsys' worldwide revenue generation efforts as well as the day-to-day operations of the company’s global sales team. He holds the responsibility of building long-term relationships with all CitiXsys partners, developing business strategies for fresh business avenues and enhancing the customer value for constant growth and success of the organization in the marketplace. His main focus is to work jointly with SAP and CitiXsys Business Partners across the world, to drive business and increase global presence and market share of CitiXsys.

Duncan brings with him a rich experience of over 20 years in ERP solutions in the Mid Market Sector. In his flourishing career he has worked as a trainee accountant in 1982 with Plessey (a global electronics company) where he helped design and implement the company’s first computerized General Ledger system. Apart from this, Duncan has had a fruitful association with Proctor and Gamble and Del Monte Foods where he was responsible for selling and implementing range of Mid Market solutions including Tetra, JBA and Sage. In 1995, Duncan formed Nexus Business Solutions which became Serion Solutions, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of Mid Market Business Application Software.

Duncan with his expertise and industry experience has been involved with SAP Business One since its inception in the UK and holds certification in both Sales and Implementation. Before sharing his experience with CitiXsys, Duncan was instrumental in the formation and management of an SAP Services Partner in the UK.

As Vice-President of Operations - North America, Gary Lacombe is responsible for all CitiXsys initiatives in North America. These roles include client relations, branding, market analysis, PR, product & service delivery, operations and demand creation. Gary brings significant experience to CitiXsys Americas Inc.

Prior to joining CitiXsys in 2006, Gary worked for American Express where responsibilities included the design and development of SAP^® Business One – The American Express^® Edition. Part of the management team outlining the future vision of the Alliance Program and in charge of developing future “American Express Stacks” where he managed the internal team as well as off-site resources.

In addition, Gary has held various senior leadership roles in the capacity of Vice President, Director and President for other consulting and software related companies.

With more than 25 years of industry experience, Gary has extraordinary insight in building and promoting SME solutions that help address business needs and market opportunities. His outstanding performance and contributions in enhancing the business enterprise has made him the recipient of various awards like; the TBS Honors Award and American Express Star performer Award.

Paula Goncalves serves as the Business Development Director for CitiXsys Australia, with responsibility of overseeing the Asia Pacific operations for CitiXsys. Paula has been with CitiXsys Australia since its inception in January 2006.

Paula’s key responsibility includes CitiXsys’ practice and expansion throughout the Asia Pacific region including a large focus on revenue growth through Add-On solutions for SAP Business One. This involves working extensively with the SAP Business One partner channels directly. She drives the company's strategic focus on growing the Retail and Warehouse and Distribution vertical markets in the APAC region.

Paula has been instrumental for the accelerated revenue growth and improved profitability through disciplined execution, a renewed focus on targeted expansion and a commitment to delivering the best customer experience.

Paula has a 12 -year ERP management career and has held senior roles at Microsoft, FRx Software Corporation, William Buck and Duncan Dovico. Prior to joining CitiXsys, she was the Country Manager for the FRx Financial reporting suite of products in the Microsoft Business Solutions division of Microsoft.

Paula holds a bachelor of commerce with a major in accounting and Law from The University of Western Sydney, Australia.

Manish Chaturvedi joined CitiXsys during its formative years and has been associated with the organization in multiple capacities. Currently heading the sales and business development initiative in India and ASEAN countries, Manish works closely with the CEO and supports company’s future growth strategies through various organizational and account management activities.

Manish carries over 13 years of qualitative experience in Consulting, PreSales and Channel Management in Enterprise Application space. Prior to CitiXsys, he has worked with Navision and Ramco in addition to other organizations.
