He has also guided the organization to receive several prestigious awards in tech industry. Beyond his work in CitiXsys, Kamal has considerable experience at counseling executives at high growth companies on strategy formulation, business model transformation, and implementation of balanced scorecard in their enterprise. He has worked with many companies in a counseling capacity with an exceptional track record of helping management teams achieve better strategy & bottom-line improvements. A graduate of Harvard Business School, Kamal is well recognized in the industry and is on board of various companies globally including being a member of SAP Advisory Council for Business One in Germany.

Pankaj leads the development and consulting practice of CitiXsys. It is under Pankaj’s tutelage that the CitiXsys retail strategy is transformed to fully functional feature-rich enterprise software, which is now been delivered to the global markets. His core responsibilities include Strategic Partnerships, Product Roadmap, GoTo Market Strategy and Consulting Projects. He possesses unparalleled ability to identify market trends, segment customer needs, map competitive landscape and champion, as well as execute, new investments. As a strategic thinker and evangelist, Pankaj leverages his expertise in product management, software engineering and business operations to drive business growth and frictionless customer experiences. He skillfully combines his hands-on technical skills with the ability to collaborate among multiple business units and execute strategic goals and objectives. Pankaj holds a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka University.
Paula Da Silva
Vice President – Large Retail Enterprise
Operating out of Sydney, Australia, Paula heads the Large Enterprise business of CitiXsys. In addition to this global role, she also manages the Asia Pacific and South East Asia operations for the organization. With over 8 years at CitiXsys, Paula has been instrumental for the accelerated revenue growth and improved profitability. Liaising with the Strategic Sales Partners, managing Large Accounts and, building new Business Relationships, are some of the core functions fared by Paula. Paula holds a consistent record of building markets and selling innovative software products around the ERP segment. Paula believes in collaborative approach, is a true professional, widely travelled, and will go all lengths to assist the Business Partners and their Customers. Paula holds a bachelors degree in Accounting and Law from University of Western Sydney. She has held senior roles at Microsoft, FRx Software Corporation, William Buck and Duncan Dovico.
Director – Partner Enablement
David’s major role at CitiXsys is to connect with the customers, understand their pain areas, ascertain satisfaction levels of the solution or service provided, and further build or strengthen the business needs of the operational sites. Operating out of Melbourne, Australia, David is available to connect with the global customers of CitiXsys products and services. He is also engaged in various pre-sales activities in and around the APAC region. David comes from the consulting background and carries considerable 20+ years of hard-core projects experience in the ERP domain. He has excellent business analysis & project management skills gained through the control of IT developments & software implementations. Further to this, David is a highly skilled trainer in business software and also is documentation specialist. David holds a master degree in Accounting from Footscray University, Australia.
Vice President – Product Marketing
Manish manages the Product Marketing function at CitiXsys. In last 9 years, Manish has led multiple business functions and established controls in the day-to-day operations. Manish works closely with the CEO and supports company’s future growth strategies through various organizational and account management activities. His main responsibilities include Product Marketing, Marketing Communication, and Channel Enablement Programs. Manish is also the main speaker for the organization and organizes worldwide participation in industry events. Manish carries over 20 years of qualitative experience in Consulting, Pre-Sales, and Channel Management in Enterprise Application space. A true presenter showcasing CitiXsys products and services, Manish is a go-to person for any assistance in partnering with CitiXsys. Manish holds masters degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
Jeffrey L. Nauman
Director – North America Channel
Jeff takes care of the Channel Business at North American region and offices of CitiXsys. With strong foundation in the retail domain, Jeff is responsible for partnerships, sales management and customer service to the channel partners at USA and Canada. Operating out of California, USA, controls sales, forecasting, opportunity and pipeline with the local regional partners. He is also an escalation point for the product implementations and customer support across the territory. Jeff has an outstanding background in all aspects of operating a business including B2B solution sales, marketing and business development. He is a leader with a proven background at assessing corporate needs, planning for the future, and providing critical and on-going input towards organizational growth. Jeff holds a master degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University California. He is a graduate in B.A. (Communication Theory) from California State University.
Director – Program Management Office
Ritesh heads the Program Management Office (PMO) controlling the delivery process wide all the global offices of CitiXsys. He liaises with the regional sales and delivery teams for a smoother operational flow of partner/ customer service. As a member of the Executive Team, Ritesh is also the contact point for the Board of Directors. His main job functions at CitiXsys involve Finance, HR, Order Management, MIS and Quality Process Controls. Ritesh brings over 14 years of industry experience in the quality and functional domain. Having worked as a Management Consultant in the past, he has been involved in the corporate strategy, management reviews and business process reengineering activities at IT, BPO, Automotive, Manufacturing and Services sector. Ritesh holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science from British Columbia University (Canada). Ritesh is a certified auditor for various International Quality Standards including 9001, 14001, 18001, and 27001 thru British Standards Institute (BSi).
Director – EMEA Channel
Maher takes control of the CitiXsys sales process at Middle East and Africa region and also covers the channel business for the EMEA region. He is currently structuring the corporation at Dubai and evaluating business opportunities with the new associations in the region. He is showcasing the CitiXsys Retail Suite in and around the MENA region thereby building a strong foundation for business opportunities with the Channel Partners. Maher carries over 15 successful years in sales, marketing and segment business management. Having worked for top IT giants (Microsoft and HP) in the past, Maher has been instrumental in deriving company targets, setting goals and expectations and, achieving business profitability. He is accustomed to dealing in large and complex structured organization that involves multiple stakeholders. Maher holds a bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering from Ajman University of Science & Technology.
South East Asia Channel
Jason is managing the Channel Business at South East Asia region operating out of Singapore. He is also building business relationships with the channel partners at Greater China and Taiwan. His core responsibilities include Partnerships, Channel Management, Forecasting and Market Analysis. Taking care of the revenue targets for the region, Jason engages directly in the key accounts, complex projects and negotiations. Jason carries over 22 years of sales domain expertise in distinct verticals. He has decent experience in business development, forming strategic alliance partnership and generating business through thinking out of the box methodology. Jason holds masters degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Wales, UK. He completed post graduate diploma in Strategic Business Information Technology from the National Computing Center, UK. Jason is a certified CompTIA+ (Technical Trainer) and further a Cisco certified Network and Design Associate.
Director – Global Support
Ankur heads the Global Product Support division and also manages the Software Licensing at CitiXsys. He manages a skilled team of Customer Service Representatives who are available round-the-clock for any post sales technical support and guidance. Further to this, he is the contact point for L3 Support, Software Licensing, Ticketing System, Feedback, and Support Issues Escalations. Working as an Operations Consultant in the past, Ankur is process oriented and has been involved in disparate business roles. As a truly customer focused individual, he personally involves in the resolution process and strives to adequately bring issues to a closure. With direct exposure of sales, Ankur understands pain areas of the partners and proactively devises methodology towards customer satisfaction. Ankur is a Computer Science graduate with core experience in Business Process mapping and Execution. He is a certified ISO 9001 internal auditor and has been instrumental in setting up the business processes across various business domains.
