Overall Process and Learning Map: The classes are conducted
by internal resources. The entire course has the following
hierarchy:
Week > Day > Session
Objectives for the sessions are created as per the hierarchy.
The objective is to basically mention what the students should
learn during the week, day, and session.
Each session has slides on a standard format and every slide
has notes mentioned in it. Slide notes will assist the faculty
in maintaining the flow of the session.
Existing team members (CitiXsys – India and Global
field) are identified as faculty. Care is taken to ensure
that the training load is evenly distributed across the teams.
Quiz and test papers
The Project work will be a case study that will take the
students through most of the controls and technical features
required in SAP Business One. This will be a 3 day exercise
followed by review. Each student will be reviewed individually
based on a predefined evaluation criterion.
Each question will have a weightage and will be assigned
to a category. Depending on the Student Performance Sheet
(based on the performance of the student in the quizzes and
tests), a Base Skill Matrix will be prepared.
Base Skill Matrix
On the basis of the performance of the students in the tests
and project work, a Base Skill Matrix is prepared.
The report mentions the skill levels acquired by the students
during the training period.
The different skill categories that a student can acquire
are:
- Technical OOP concepts and C# knowledge
- SAP Business One SDK knowledge
- MS SQL knowledge
- SAP Business One Functional knowledge
Training Effectiveness (Only for resources to Program II
and Program III)
- The training effectiveness is measured over a period of
3 months.
- The project manager(s) of a team is provided with the Base
Skill Matrix of an individual.
- The sheet contains the parameters against which the candidates
have been evaluated and also contains the parameters against
which the Project Managers are expected to rate the candidates.
- The Project Managers are required to rate the students performance
and skill set change every month.
- At the end of 3 months the PMO has a clear picture of
a student’s acquired skill set, training needs and
areas of interest.
